Q: What is your return policy?

A: We stand behind our products at Scotch Naturals™. We are confident you will enjoy our products, but if you are not satisfied, you may return you purchases to us for a refund. If you purchased your items from one of our retailers, please contact the retailer for their return policy. We cannot accept returns for items purchased through a retailer.

Items purchased on sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Gifts purchased from ScotchNaturals.com are eligible for exchanges or for a credit on the Scotch Naturals website. For more information regarding our return policy please email us at info@scotchnaturals.com

Q: How do I return a product?

A: Please send the product to us within 30 days of purchase with a copy of the original invoice. Please include the following information about yourself: name, address, phone number, and email address. Be sure to state reason for return, action to be taken (credit or replacement) and place everything in one box and return it to us. 

For your protection, we recommend you return all items via a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. Scotch Naturals is not responsible for packages not received if a tracking number is not provided. Returns and exchanges must be returned prepaid; we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. 

Once the original item(s) are received at Scotch Naturals, you will receive a credit in the amount that you paid (this excludes any shipping costs). Please allow 2-3 weeks for Scotch Naturals to refund your credit card upon receipt.
